Yang‘s Noodle: Authentic Chinese Noodles in Portland, OR

The noodles are so dang good, and the portions are incredible! The service was very quick and our dinner was piping hot, so it was very fresh. We got the vegetable noodle and it came with lots of veggies and tofu, and we were assured it was vegan. I am someone that likes spice but cannot tolerate a lot of it and the regular spicy definitely built up too much for me (but that was my bad not getting a milder spice!) but it was worth it!

It tastes really goodThe pancake is crispy, the filling is generous, and the flavor is authentic with great layers in every bite. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the place is clean and well-kept. Great value for money—I’ve already recommended it to my friends and will definitely come back again

Just coming from Las Vegas. Very hungry. Glad to find this Chinese restaurant nearby. Wonton soup is very tasty. Lamb Jian ping was pretty good too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious and authentic Chinese street food! The Jianbing (煎饼果子) was crispy inside, and soft outside, and full of flavor — just like the ones I had in Beijing! The duck blood noodles soup (鸭血粉丝汤) was rich, comforting, and full of yummy duck ingredients with tender duck blood and silky noodles. And the spicy wontons (红油抄手) were so good— perfectly seasoned, handmade, with a mouthwatering chili oil that’s spicy but balanced. If you’re looking for truly authentic taste, this is the place. Everything was freshly made and reminded me of home. Highly recommended!

Amazing fast service. This was my pick to have my birthday dinner at. I really enjoy coming here. Food is super tasty!

Fast friendly service. Food is well portioned. I’d recommend getting the wontons in chili oil and kung pao chicken with wide noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were my least fav. The jiangbing with duck wasn’t bad either

We loved the food here. I had Kung pao beef she had Mongolian chicken wide noodle and we added on some scallion pancake and potstickers. All of it was absolutely delicious. I define recommend this place and will come back myself when in Portland. Parking was a little tricky but well worth it.

Yangs is our all time favorite place to eat in Portland. Anytime we have to come up here we get yangs for almost 3 years in a row now it’s always clean the food is fantastic which would make u think the price is threw the roof but it remains cheap and affordable and the quality doesn’t reflect it’s price it always exceeds expectations. My only complaint is that parking can be a pain at times because it’s street parking but otherwise it’s fantastic
